Problems with Liverpool and getting sacked in the 1st season

Hey guys!

Whenever I start the game as Liverpool I always seem to get sacked by the end of March even though I am in the top 4 in the Premiership and still in the Champions League. I think the main reason for this is I stuggle to offload all the crap you are left with at the start of the game with Liverpool!

My list of crap reads as follows:

Itanje

Cavalieri

All 4 full backs (Arbeloa, Dossena, Aurelio and especially Degen!)

Pennant

Benayoun

Kuyt

KEANE; and

N'gog

Does anybody have any tips on how to offload all this crap and bring in replacements before the August transfer window shuts? Most of the staff you start with aren't anything special either!

I'm playing a 4-4-2 formation at the moment. Pretty solid but not as many goals as the team should be scoring! Arsenal are always top in my game and they keep winning 1-0 (sounds familiar!)! Is this the same for everybody else?
