kaffekatten
What is needed for a Very focused or focused squad personailty? Im not used to posting here so hope its in the right place!
NineCloudNine
I don’t think ‘focused’ is a personality type, it’s a state of mind before or during a game, usually resulting from a team talk or a touchline shout (like ‘don’t get complacent’ or indeed ‘focus’). Personality-related traits (like professionalism, pressure) do have an effect here, but focused is not itself a personality type, at least as far as I am aware. fc.cadoni
I haven't seen Squad Personality as "Focused" or "Very Focused"; only "Fairly Professional", "Professional", "High Professional" for example. PS. The general squad personality have an impact in youth intakes and player development.
kaffekatten
Yeah i also have highly professional, and i want to think that "Focused" is a step "better" than that, but that is just guesswork. I have seen Very focused many times in my save, just dont know whats needed for that, dont have any ingame editor to try it out.
kaffekatten
Oh lol sorry, i just checked with english standard language, then it was "very determined". In swedish it says "mycket fokuserad" which means very focused. Translation doesnt make much sense sometimes, in the game determined is generally translated (beslutsam or beslutsamhet) but it was something else this time around. fc.cadoni
Varsågod! Highly Professional is better from Very Determined.
kaffekatten
Word! But then another question, sometimes when the general team personality "procs" on a player in the team, it can say something positive AND negative effected the player, do we know what attributes can affect said player from this?
