Need help with a tactical recreation of Olympique de Marseille (end of season)

Hi everyone,

This season at Marseille has been complicated but exciting, with its Europa League run and the hopes of a whole city and a whole nation to see it through.

As Gennaro Gattuso's replacement, Jean-Louis Gasset set up camp at La Commanderie as a temporary fireman.
To stop the haemorrhaging, Gasset returned to a system favoured by the majority of the dressing room : a 3-5-2, and also allowed other players to finally play in their positions in contrast to Gattuso's stubbornness with his dressing room. 

Overall, the Gasset method is based on simple things: bringing calm to the tumult of recent times in Marseille.

The many injuries that followed Gasset's decision to take over have had a tactical impact. He has succeeded in restoring an identity and tactical flexibility by playing in one formation and then another.
In particular, the return of key players from injury has enabled Gasset to return to his preferred system.
