From that my guess would be that you're using continental rules and using the Nations/Teams pages to manage qualification for the tournament. I'd highly advise against that. Doing so WILL break default continental qualification for all European competitions, and is probably the reason for this error since it's breaking the Europa League. Instead those pages should be completely blank and you should add your competition under Other Cups instead. No qualification to the tournament, just tell it to get the Last Winner from each of those competitions instead.
