4-3-2-1/4-1-2-2-1 AM Narrow

Hi All, have been trying to work out an Xmas tree formation as my Palermo squad is largely made up of AMCs. Have experimented with a 4-3-2-1 of a holding midfield and 2x Segundo Volante on Attack behind the AMC but have been struggling for consistency and goals. Have been playing around and have come up with the below but would appreciate some comments and feedback on how to improve the tactic for maximise output
