Like Club Logo, Icon, Kit home, away and third, in FM Editor and Game for new created Clubs!!!

It is possible to get this added. Like  Clubs in the 2nd Bundesliga Hansa Rostock for example.

Here is an example, Hohen Luckower VfB in the original database but in mine an existing ID.

How to achieve this! 

Open this website https://fmkitcreator.com/  to save the kit you have registerer free beforehand, then create a Jersey of your choice. For good Logo.png use 512 pixel size upload these 

under the settings button you can choose home away and third if you have registered and are logged in you can save the home jersey change the color and save these for away same for the third.

Download here you can search for the club if available, which is not absolutely necessary as you can also download in user-defined format like "hohen luckower vfb" the downloaded folder have now the club with home, away and third name. 

For example with like hohen luckower vfb away folder are a config.xml kit.png and kit_texture.png. We don't need the downloaded config.xml, because we use already existing config.xml 

       

rename the kit.png in like "hohen luckower vfb away.png"

Now we need the resource archiver. Open this then select unpack archive then Football Manager " in my case 2022"/data/game/ and unzip graphics

To have the best possible "hohen luckower vfb away.png" (kit.png) open the (kit.png) with a Photoshop Program and make the background smaller save this.

Now we open the graphics folder we just unzipped and navigate to pictures/kits/2d/outfield/ger/ (your nation) and copy the newly renamed kit.png (hohen luckower vfb away.png) into this and paste it. We repeat this with ......home.png and .....third.png 

Now we open config.xml located there and add this (Example hohen luckower vfb away.png and the ID from these club 2000164186

        <record from="hohen luckower vfb away" to="graphics/pictures/team/2000164186/kits/away"/>

Here too ,  the same thing with home and third. We can now copy the already pasted away line and paste it underneath and now just replace away with home, the same for third.

Now let's rename kit_texture.png in the away folder in for example hohen luckower vfb away.png and copy it to 

graphics/pictures/kit/3d/ger/ and paste it here 

and we open the config.xml and add this example hohen luckower vfb

        <record from="hohen luckower vfb away" to="graphics/pictures/team/2000164186/kit_textures/away"/>

we can copy from kits/2d/outfield/ger/config.xml the home away and third lines  to  graphics/pictures/kit/3d/ger/config.xml and paste it now rename  kits with kit_textures

For the club.png (hohen luckower vfb.png ) we can put the 512 pixel png in graphics/pictures/logos/normal/clubs/ger/ 

and add the config.xml 

        <record from="ger/hohen luckower vfb" to="graphics/pictures/club/2000164186/logo"/>

for icon here graphics/pictures/logos/smal/clubs/ger/  and the last one here graphics/pictures/logos/smal/clubs/ger/@2x/

then the config.xml 

        <record from="ger/hohen luckower vfb" to="graphics/pictures/club/2000164186/icon"/>

Now we're almost done, now we need the resource archiver again. There we select create archive, select the edited graphics folder and replace the existing graphics folder by pressing save. 

now it should look like this

Adjust folder structure according to region or football association for .png in the config.xml, such as club logos simply explained!!!!

Since in Germany there are several lower regions (football associations) in one region (football association), I wanted to adapt the folder structure and add it to the config.xml, that's  the easy way.

in config.xml  ger/  for example  Hansa Rostock local region Mecklenburg Vorpommern subordinated Football Association is KFV Warnow (short name) 

you see 5 clubs png' s in the kfv warnow folder and a config.xml in this config.xml I rename the hansa rostock.png for example 

and the logo is not appeared 

the other 4 png's Logos displayed for example FSV Kühlungsborn 

Description. To do this, I replaced hansa rostock with the path of the folder (from) and the path (to) with the ID of the folder name where the png's are this line.

path to folder in the config.xml for all countries folder

this line is for all clubs from KFV Warnow  ( football association)  in this folder we need a config.xml with the club name.png and the path/id
