How To Change Transfer Activity Page Back To Original - FIXED - Please Delete

I clicked on one of the tabs on the Transfer Centre - Transfer Activity for some reason and now have lost the positional divide that's vanilla with the game. How do I restore it? I've tried click on all tabs, cleared the cache and reloaded the skin and then even a new game and it remembers?

I want to go from the clump back to organised.

It's probably simple but I cannot fathom it out.
