fmf files not showing in editor

When I save a file in the editor it's showing in the editor as saved but when viewing in file explorer it's not showing and I can't use the file in game either. I've tried reinstalling and clearing the cache. Any ideas of how I can get my changes to save so that they show in game?

Here in file explorer I have a real fixture file but below it's not showing in the files. Whilst below I have two files that doesn't show in file explorer.

Now resolved. My internet security was flagging the file as a virus and automatically moving them to a VT folder. Unblocked the application and it's now showing ok.
