Help With Team Instructions

So I have always struggled with tactics however over the last year I have spent time learning how to get the best out of my players, player roles & Player instructions.

However I'm still struggling with team instructions and what to pick. I understand the meaning of what each instruction does however when choosing my instructions for the playing style I have chosen I am unsure what to pick and what instructions to choose to get the best out of my team.

Does anyone have a process that works for them when choosing your team instructions and ensuring they are effective in your chosen style
