Reputation for developing players

I believe this is already somewhat in the game, but a reputation system for developing young players should be implemented.

This would allow players to have a preference for joining a certain club/manager due to their reputation for developing young players. In practice, they could have different contract demands, such as lower wages but a release clause. (E.g. Haaland choosing Dortmund over basically every other big club)

Furthermore, this could also allow clubs/managers to have a preference for loaning players to a certain club/manager.

 

This could also extend to the style of play adopted by you, and a loaning club's preferred style of play. For example, Cesare Casadei was sent on loan to the championship because of their coach Maresca, when he had other offers from top flight european leagues.
