use of contract templates

I would suggest to introduce templates for contract negotiations.

So once a contract is negotiated, it can be saved and loaded up when you enter the next negotiations.

Obviously there are some things users are trying to include or exclude on regular bases, so the trivia of adding a thing just to exlude it from the negotiations is very repetetive and this time can be spend in more joyful ways.

But there is even the possibilty to give assistant managers a contract template, to make him do the negotiations and make it work in the way the user could do it.

This could be applied to transfers as well. Let's say you would always want to exclude a certain bonus, you could just save an offer as an template.
