Removing font additions from Font family

Evening all

 

Does anyone know how to remove characters from a font family? I've trying to create a Serie A themed skin, so found a font (which for legal reasons is not the real one - think that is Din Next or something) however in this font family it has some funny characters. Let me display this.

So you can see under the first line of caps there are some serie logos etc, that ideally I'd like to clean out with the others. 

 

As in game looks like this.

Which is nice, however on player profiles it comes out with some funny characters. 

 

Any help would be great!

as it's not about skinning, but about making / removing things from font.

Sorry for the late response, however thanks for your response! I will take a look and see if this will help. In a way i kind of need to reverset the process and then see if i can edit the sheet. Thanks again!
