[Suggestion] Ability to conduct job interviews when hiring staff via a Job Advert

I think a good addition to the staff hiring process would be the ability to invite staff to a job interview, similar to the interview process when applying for a new manager job. This would be a good addition to the process of advertising an open job role where the AI apply. The questions could be slightly different per role you are interviewing, but the process could be very similar to any player/staff interaction conversation with differing answers based on the stats of the staff member.

I think it makes sense to still be able to offer a contract/job to any staff member if not wanting to follow the interview process, to not interrupt the process of offering a job to a specific staff member without inviting applications.
