Toggle for automatic pause when opponent uses subs or changes tactics

I would like to have an option during a match, which pauses the match, whenever my opponent substitutes a player or changes tactics. I use opponent instructions and individual instructions a lot and like to adjust, whenever my opponent does something. Because I rarely play on full match speed, I sometimes miss it and it goes by unnoticed.
