Austerity Measures & International Winners not working

Hi,

 

I have won the Copa America with ARG and the WC with ENG and still have not unlocked the achievement.  Also, Austerity Measures is missing from the options to complete, so I triggered the narrative, finished the season with Chelsea with money & wages available in Green (no debts) and that hasn't completed either.

 

I don't have the international game anymore, but I do have the Chelsea one I can upload but it's 34mb so can't attach below.
