ScottishFM Posted January 1, 2023 Share Posted January 1, 2023 So, I'm in my second season with Plymouth Argyle. First season we comfortably won League 1 and the Papa Johns Trophy. Second season in the championship, I rebuilt the squad for this level and continued with the same tactics which brought success before. We're currently floating around the play-offs, which I'm happy with, well over-achieving as our objectives are to avoid relegation however it's been a weird/strange/frustrating season. We have the BEST away record in the league with 6 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. However our home form is the 6th worst. 2 wins, 4 draws and 3 losses. This tactic worked home and away last season, I don't expect it to work all the time, especially with a step up in quality now we're in the Championship but I'm confused why we're struggling at home while we're smashing it away from home.
