I never attempt the only youth challenge, this is my attempt with my rule: i start unemployed and the objective is to climb Italy with the youth only philosophy, but as manager career, if i sacked or hired, or dismiss or try new club dosnt matter, but one limit, only youth player from academy

Start unemployed with no license, sunday league former player reputation, Salsomaggiore hired me after a last position in Serie D, the goal is to avoid relegation

The team is very young because the Serie D have strong rule for youths, one U18, U19, U20 and U21 player for all time in match formation, Amadei is the best youth player, De Sagastizabal and Bran the top player, but sure i lost the next year, because the dont want to renovate the contract
