Ability to change the nationalities of youth intakes

There are various clubs out there with higher likelyhood of producing players stemming from other nations than the one the club is based in, such as FC Romania in England and Afrika in Iceland and Oriental Dragons in Portugal etc. I'd like to be able to change that in the pre-game editor myself. This has been requested years ago as well, but it has never gotten a response to my knowledge.

I want to be able to make a club in Malmö for example have a high likelihood of producing players from a whole heap of nations. Perhaps the club is from the neighbourhoods where a lot of the former yugoslavians settled so Bosnians, Serbians, Kosovan , Macedonians etc., perhaps it could be a club producing Syrian players as there are a lot of Syrians in Malmö as well. It's in the game already, I just don't understand why we can't edit it in any way. Why not make the game as moddable as possible?

It seems it will not get a response this year either. Well, I'll try again with the next iteration of the game. Though it does seem like very few topics in this category actually get answers. Maybe the editors just aren't prioritized, even though it's such a simple fix.

It's ridiculous that this isn't available to editors, it would open up so many more possibilities for creative databases.
