Retain Agent Correspondence

Is there a way (there should be) to retain the conversation with an agent on a player.  Often an agent will disclose that a player has absolutely no interest in joining my club.  After exiting the chat  there is no way to retain the information or even to reopen the agent  conversation.  This causes problems when going through a list of players who I am considering moving. The suggestion is for the conversation to be saved, or moved to notes,  and the option to speak with the agent open.

If you click on 'transfer status' once the conversation is ended, all the final information about whether this player wants to join your club and/or his wage demands and stuff like that should be on the right side of this screen ('transfer status').

As far as I know this cannot be moved to notes, but the end result of the conversation is as I described above.

After this you cannot speak again in the near future. I imagine this is reset after a certain amount of in-game time.
