Spanish Under 19 issue

Hi there. 

So i have done a bit of tweaking to the spanish leagues in my custom database, (albeit basic rules, as i am not familiar with advanced) e.g. I have added C teams to the likes of Real Madrid and Barca, I have also added U19 teams to each of the reserve teams, as I know Real Madrid do have more than one U19 team that compete in the Spanish Under 19 league system. 

For some reason however, in the second season, there are no fixtures for any Under 19 team in Spain... I created custom leagues for the 19s, which is more or less how they are in real life, with realistic promotion/relegation, and I have ticked, B/C teams can not get promoted, which i thought might help the issue, as i didnt mind if the kids teams move up or down. 

Any one got an idea? I have uploaded the file, if anyone wants to have a look.
