Help with seedings in knockout comp

Hi there,

I've created a 20 club knockout competition based in North Africa, Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia all send 5 teams each, Libya 3 teams and Mauritania 2 teams.

The first round consists of 8 teams and I'd like to set up the following scenario where the two lowest seeded Algerian teams play each other, the same for the 2 Moroccan teams and again for the 2 Tunisian teams. The last tie to be played between the lowest ranked teams of Libya and Mauritania.

I've never been able to achieve this and I've tinkered with various options in the advanced editor. I always seem to get the same set up: 5 Tunisian teams and 3 Moroccan teams...

Any help to set up this round would be greatly appreciated.
