chooks Posted November 5, 2021 Share Posted November 5, 2021 Had this problem in FM19 as well - it feels impossible to play with a range of tactics, such as a 4-2-3-1 in one tactics slot and a 3-5-2 in another tactics slot. Reason being, when switching between these two tactics, players seems to be locked to a particular configuration. Below is a rough example. The first picture is the 4-2-3-1 is what I've used for my first season, but, if I want to try and add in a 3-5-2, like in pictures 2-3, this absolute mess occurs with my players when I look back at my 4-2-3-1 in picture 4. Is there a current fix for this, and if not, this feels like it undermines the tactical depth implemented in the game. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Select Manage and you can save a Team Selection. Comes in handy for different formations like you're using and even a solid rotation squad option you're happy with for cup games and such.
