Sitting through the staff meetings and im being suggested people for my back room staff.. Such and such is good for Technical Director role because we dont have one, I then need to click on the profile to see if they are suitable. If they are suggesting someone for a role, please show me the attributes applicable to that particular staff role. We shouldnt have to click on the staff profile to see if they are suitable. Also, Have an offer contract/approach option on that screen too. Make screen navigation quicker, less clicks to find out more info is what the game is crying out for in many many places. We have reviewed this and it is now in our internal database of features for consideration. Like all features raised to us, it could end up rejected, or could after extensive design and development become a part of a future FM.
