New rosters according to recent transfer?

Since big players are moving clubs like: Ramos, Sancho in real life. Do FM rosters update in the same year? For example: Konate signed with Liverpool a month ago but on default game roster he is still with RB Leipzig. Will there be a new roster update where he will be at Liverpool now?

The rosters are accurate at the date the game is released, then we do an update with data as of the spring transfer windows. The next update will be the new seasons version of the game and is likely to be released around the same time of year as last years game.

(updating the databases is a huge task as there are many thousand clubs within the game and getting on for a million records of people in the master database now)
