The column "Assistant manager's opinion of this player's best position" shows inaccurate position. The assistant's ability, or whether the club even has an assistant manager, seems to have no effect on this. The squad screen with the Best Pos column. One example. John Wood Posted January 13, 2021 Share Posted January 13, 2021 Hi @duccio you are correct in that the assistant manager (or acting assistant manager if one isn't present, responsibilities would tell you more) is giving you their opinion on the best position for that player and the star rating for that position/ role. Where the confusion is, and this is under review, is that players in their natural positions (AML in Della Morte's case) doesn't have the maximum potential for that player.
