AI managers seldom change starting formations / lacking flexibility to switch use their second prefered formation

Hi, i looked around what's happening with other teams in my save and i am starting to notice a trend. AI managers are too inflexible when choosing their starting formation. AI managers almost never start their games with their second preferred formation!

Just take a look at Arteta from Arsenal for example. He used in all of their games the 5-2-3 WB wide formation although his second is 4-2-3-1 wide.

Or Favre from Dortmund, he only used 4-2-3-1 Wide when for example he also has 4-3-3 as a second pref formation!

You would expect them in some games to alternate their starting formation but it rarely ever happens!
