World Championship and European Championship + Qualifications

Greetings to all

For some weeks now, I have been maturing about global and European prevention. There is no such thing as a quagmation problem in this regard

I have been matched by qualifications. I recently made qualifiers for the euro. And I saw that in the qualifiers played by the eurozone and the defenders of the title, they did not play the qualifica- tion of the last two ranked players, San Marino and Gibraltar

What do I have to do to give the homeland and the defendant of the title to qualify directly for the competition?
