Promise to develop your players

This is the second time this has happened to me.  A player is sold - at his own request - and david DeGea is unhappy. I tell him that you have to bring on your, and he then spends a season with low morale,. At the end of the promise period, he announces that he is unhappy that I haven't played any youth players. This is despite the fact that at times five or six players in the starting lineup have regularly been from the youth teams and under 21.

You need to get this right.

I know "Team Dynamics" was your Big Idea for this iteration, but it's pretty shoddy, and seems to be just buttons to press.
