International Duty when injured

I've got players who are injured being called for internationals, and playing. I've even had one message that a player has started his rehabilitation, suggesting that he be given starts for the u-23a. But the next day he's listed as being on international duty and playing.

 

When the internationals were announced, I actually went to look at the international screen to make sure that the four players who were injured were withdrawn, but the dialogue screens will only come up for non-senior players.

 

It's a mess, frankly.
