Its of a game called Ultimate Soccer Manager 2 from 1996. https://www.myabandonware.com/game/ultimate-soccer-manager-2-2e0 Just a little bit of nostalgia for me... Download Just put the file into Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2018\data\game\music and overwrite. But make a backup of the default file first.
