It doesn't happen every time, but it's happened three times so far, all in my last three playthroughs. The first time it happened was in 15.150b and the problem still hasn't gone away. It only happens if I'm trying to assign an NHL player to the AHL team. It's happened in multiple saves, so I don't think it's a corrupted save or anything.
