15.3.0B - Adjustments to the quick sim engine statistics

Does anyone know what this change exactly does ? I switched to the full sim engine because I noticed that all the shutouts in the game were 4-0 when using quick sim. AI vs AI, player vs AI, when there was a shutout, it was a 4-0 games.

On the other side, I don't like the fact that it takes much more time if I use the full sim engine. I go day by day because if I go on vacation the AI decide to waive players, recall players, put players on IR, etc ... It would be nice to have the option to simulate long phases and that if something requires an action from the GM, the game stop the simulation and advise, then you have full control of your team roster's decision even when on vacation (full sim).
