Wells Posted May 1, 2015 Share Posted May 1, 2015 I am trying to make a new nation, everything is done and well except I can't find a way to make youth levels like the way it works in England.. youth setup category.. How do I make it under advanced rules? I always get the nation dosen't use youth levels under the club boardroom when requesting.. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
