graphics transfer gone wrong?

On fm 14 I downloaded all sorts of graphics and it messed up my computer big time so I decided this year all i was going to do was transfer the ones I wanted over to fm 15, so got the standard skin with the facepack,English stadium backgrounds and competition backgrounds,kits and badges.

Now here's the problem, they've all transferred smoothly EXCEPT all nations badges and flags apart from Scotland and south Africa, aswell as the premier league, fa cup,champions league and Europa league of logos.

The thing is they where all part of the same pack so how do I have things missing?
