FMC Scouting

Recommended Posts

Are you only allowed to have one scout?

I have brought up Truro city through a number of promotions to the championship.

However, I am finding it very hard to get into the premier league.

What is frustrating is that my scouted players don't turn out to be as good as the report.

Can you scout a player for three matches in FMC?

You cannot, but don't need to.

There are four reasons for your situation:

1) Your scout is not as good as your assistant manager at judging players - the stars in the scout report are done by the scout and the stars in your team list done by the assman, they do not necessarily agree with eachothers opinion

2) Your assistant manager is not as good as your scout at judging players - as above but opposite

3) You don't play your players enough - On FMC gametime seems to be really vital for reaching potential, if the players development is slow then the ability they can potentially reach is decreased

4) Your scout rated the players compared to your team at that time - if when the transfer window opens you have several improved players coming in the assman will rate them according to that new team - hence, maybe not as many stars as there was, but this does not mean you are not improving the team.

Hope this helps
