My DoF has signed 3 players for me basically paying over the recommended wage that my chief scout advised. I myself have gone out and signed 2 players not paying over what my chief scout has advised. So my question is, is this a bug or is there a particular stat that my DoF should have to ensure he does not pay over the odds? Fwiw, my DoF has Man management 14.
