LFC Rule
I find it impossible to sell players. They are good players just not needed. I've even tried selling for 0 inorder to reduce the wage budget but still no one buys. It used to be easier to sell players in FM about 2-3 FM versions back. Any advice on how to sell players. Gooner32
How much football have these players been playing? That's one thing that springs to mind, high wages could be another. If you're getting loan offers (which I do a lot), it's probably best to let them go and hope they impress while there. Just make sure you let the other team pay their wages if you're trying to reduce the wage bill. If you're in pre season sometimes it helps to play them in friendlies, if they play well they can be slightly easier to shift.
LFC Rule
They are usually backups who complain about not playing. Some of the rejections do mention the high wages. I reject all loans because I want rid of them however I might try accepting few loans. The main reason is that I want to reduce the wage bill. What I am surpirsed at is that no one bids when I offer for 0. That is very unrealistic.

You say that, but they love buying your best player when you're a small club.
