Pea Tear Griffin
He'd scored 20 goals this season but his contract was running out. A transfer would have cost £35K, but it says that if I use the "approach to sign" method, I'll have to give Bournemouth £160K compensation. Does this money come out of my own transfer budget? Or out of the club funds?
Lisandro Lopez
Transfer budget, you have to pay compensation for players if there under 24 I believe, it's something along those lines anyway will come out of your transfer budget.

Pea Tear Griffin
Ahh, so that means I won't be able to afford him then. Bit of a high compensation to pay for a player only valued at £35K.
Lisandro Lopez
The reason for compensation is to protect the club that is losing him, so they don't lose all there young talent for nothing.
Purefun
Yeah good rule but for big clubs not a problem tbh.
