wazza Posted March 12, 2011 Share Posted March 12, 2011 On the 11.2 patch if you released a comment to your players 'need to work harder in training' his morale would rise if he was happy with your comment and the player would feel he has a good relationship with you In patch 11.3 if you do the same thing the moarle doenst raise and the player is pleased how the previous chat went. 1) How do you now raise morale by talking to the player, what comments cat you use to do it. I have praised them after a good perfomance to and the morale doenst raise. 2) How does the new system affect the players or is it now just cosmetic. In patch 11.2 you could see it do something as the morale would raise and you would become one of his favourite members of staff. The impact of it has certainly turned down, and for those who used the player chats religiously before will grow frustrated by the lack of impact, which lessens the desire to have chats with players.
