This is what you need to edit:

<!-- (additional) stats colours. used on scout, confidence bars -->

<colour name="low stat" red="71" green="122" blue="185" />

<colour name="medium stat" red="71" green="122" blue="185" />

<colour name="good stat" red="71" green="122" blue="185" />

<colour name="excellent stat" red="71" green="122" blue="185" />

You can locate these line either in (skin name) settings.xml or in fm colours.xml. You can make them all one color, different shades of the same color or 4 different colors all together. I have made mine into 4 different colors. Happy editing!

p.s. Editing these lines will also affect the "last 5 games" performance bars, so think carefully what colors you want to change them to!
