Melmmers LW 530 Training Schedule

Recommended Posts

Welcome to Melmmer's LW 530 Training Schedule.

Yes I have finally made one available for download after much discussion, I spent a lot of time tweaking these but if you feel you could make them better or improve them please tell me as I am more then welcome to constructive criticism

You will see that there are two schedules for every position except goalkeepers, one is more strength and aerobically basied, while the other one is more technically based, these schedules should only be altered in pre season from 1 to 2 for optical performance

To use these, click the download link at the bottom of the post, extract them using winrar and save them here

Goalkeepers

The Goalkeepers obviously have a very high focus on Keeper training, however it is imperative that other aspects are trained as well, strength and aerobic training in my opinion is necessary for a goalkeeper so they that they will have better pace when coming off the line as well as better reflexes when trying to make the save. Ball control and tactics are also crucial elements for any goalkeeper, ball control for when you pass the ball back to him to see how good his first touch is, as you surely wouldn't want your goalkeeper to do an Enckelmen and let the ball slip under his foot. Tactics are also crucial for a goalkeeper as it helps with his decision making and his positioning, a goalkeeper can be a good shotstopper but he needs to be in a position to make these saves so it is crucial for him to be in the right position and to also make better decisions which will only impact the team.

Full Backs

As you cans ee here, there are 2 different schedules, as there are for every other outfield player, these are to be altered every month for optimum results. With the full backs, in the first schedule (Full Back 1) the training is very heavily focused on the technical and mental side of the player, with defending, attacking, ball control and tactics all set to high. The one that stands out is attacking being set to high, there is a simple reason for this, attacking training covers a players passing and creativity, and I believe that all players should be able to pass the ball to a certain extent, especially the full backs. Tactics is set to high so that the full backs can anticipate plays that the onrushing attackers might make at them and they can then intercept them and get in the way, a crucial stat for any defender. Ball control is also very crucial for a full back, as this is where the heading stat can be improved which is again crucial for any defenders as they try to stop the cross. In the second part of the schedule, all the stats previously gained during the season will be maintained while there will be a heavier focus on the Strength and Aerobic capacity of the player. You may have also noticed that set pieces are not on the lowest notch, this is because full backs can be used as wingers and under set pieces you can find crossing which is an important stat

Centre Backs

The centre backs training schedules are very similar to the full backs training schedules except there is absolutely no set piece training. I do not feel that this is important for a centre back as in reality, they are never going to be crossing the ball or going to take the corners, they are going to be the ones heading the corners in. Strength and Aerobic training is also increased in this schedule as it provides the defenders a good chance to gain an extra yard or 2 of pace or to be stronger in those 1 on 1 confrontations. In the second schedule, your players stats will not go down, they will stay at exactly the same as what they are except for the areas moved to high, where their attributes will progress rather quickly, in this case the strength and the aerobic training

Defensive Midfielder/ Central Midfielder

Arguably the most important position on the ground, the centre of midfield, this schedule can be used for your traditional Defensive Midfielders (Mascherano) or for your central midifelders or box to box midfielders such as Fabregas. This is the most even of the schedules as well, with all areas of football incorporated to improve or to at least stabilize. The four standard areas as i have previously mentioned, ball control, tactics, attacking and defending are all set to high, so all attributes in those areas will improve when this training schedule is used. Shooting and Set Pieces however are also trained in this schedule, this is because midfielders will often score goals and if they are to score these goals they need their shooting boots on. Set Pieces are also trained so you can find train up your set piece takers, which is important if you want those cheap goals or don't want to miss from the spot. As in the other positions, version 2 for this training focuses heavily on the strength and aerobic areas of your players.

Attacking Midfielders

The famed attacking midfielders, players who play the position of AMC should be using this schedule, the true playmaking schedule in a sense. In this schedule, defending is not as crucial to this position so that slider has been lowered accordingly, however the defending attributes of your AMC's will not decrease. Attacking and Ball Control are the key attributes for this position as they attempt to unlock the defence in front of them, attacking is especially key, with the creativity attribute being worked on. You also need your AMC's to score, as more often then not they will find themselves in shooting positions so that shouldgive them a better chance of scoring when the opportunity presents itself. You don't want your AMC's muscled off the ball too easily though, so in the second version of this schedule, they will muscle up a bit and hopefully gain an extra yard of pace to help them become that better player for your team.

Wingers

Wingers, they often seem to frustrate you when they can't get a touch, but when they are on song they are matchwinners, and these training schedules will get them to be matchwinners more often then not. The key attribute for any winger is crossing, so for that reason set piece training is on high. They also need to have good decision making, as to when they should put the cross in, and that attribute will be improved under the tactics branch, they also need to have some composure when they try and pick out a cross, so shooting is also worked on in this schedule. Wingers also need good ball control, so they can beat a player on the dribble and get a menacing cross in. The second part of this schedule will help your winger to become a little bit like Aaron Lennon, they will keep improving their dribble skills and their decision making, the areas that often need the most work for a winger, while they also get the chance to improve their speed and acceleration, so they canmake the afternoon a long one for the opposition full back

Strikers

The schedule I know you have all been waiting for, this schedule will get your strikers closed to being Fernando Torres instead of moving towards the Darius Vassell end of the spectrum. Obviously you want your strikers hitting the back of the net, and you will do anything to get there so I have set their shooting training at Intensive, which will mean that their finishing and composure will be worked on heavily. This schedule also focuses heavily on tactics, which will focus moe specifically on the off the ball movement which will allow your striker to find pockets space between defenders which he will then be able to capitalise on. Ball control also needs to be high if you are to be a striker, as there is a fair chance that he will score a few headed goals in his time, and that is where the heading attribute falls under. As always, the second part of this schedule will focus on him becoming quicker and holding the last man off as he swivels and shoots to fire your team to victory.

Now you may ask, how will I remember to change all these schedules every pre season, the answer is in your notebook, create a note, set it to the first day of the pre-season to change your schedule, with a reminder recurrence of annual, and then set a note for the last day of pre season to switch the schedules back with a reminder recurrence of annual

There is no youth schedule for this, I recommend leaving the youth schedules the way they are and the moment they turn professional, sign them to a contract, no matter how bad they are and get them on one of these schedules and they will improve and if they still aren't good enough for your squad then you will be able to sell them at a decent rate

Are there part-time schedules included?

No Sorry

Is there no Goalkeeper 2 schedule? So the keepers just use the same one all season?

Goalkeeper's only need the one schedule in my opinion, as fitness and what not can all be done in one as they do not need to worry about other stats.

Also, I have noticed that there haven't been as many injuries using this schedule from training, which can only be a good thing
