Wee Lad Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 Try and choose a player who has a similar personality to the player you want tutored. They will get on well. Also, harmony in the club can easily be addressed by carefully taking personality styles into account when signing new players. I always look for balanced players and players who are light hearted (resilient works too). I'd like the idea of my team being able to have a laugh, drink a pint and hoof the ball down the field.
