See how it is this week and if the errors are still happening then yeah I dont see why not icon_smile.gif.

6.0.2 did seem more stable and removed all errors from happening just see what happens anyway the coming week and if they keep happening then I dont have any objections.

Domination Starts With Negative Effect

Tottenham Hotspurs attempted Domination of the Premier League have been severly dented by a torrid start to the new campaign, after picking up their first trophy under my reign in a nail-biting champions league final in France against Man Utd a second trophy in the Super Cup was close to follow, againa very close game which ended in another penalty shootout saw Tottenham over-come a tricky Liverpool side.

Now Down To Business, I went crazy in the transfer market signing alot of youth and squad players.

Pompey Boss Looking for Playoff's

Portsmouth manager Sean Bell is looking forward to a long hard first full season as manager.

Bell has had to sell a lot of last years squad to reduce the wage bill but has been able to

bring in a few new faces at the same time. It is my plan to get this club back in the

premiership within the next 2 seasons. This season i feel we should be looking to achieve a

playoff place and possibly push for promotion.

In stabilising the clubs finances i have cut the clubs weekly wage bill by over £200k during

the summer transfer window. Some of the players that i let go i would have liked to keep but

could not afford to others were deemed surplus to requirements.

Due to tghe high wages that a lot of these players were on i had to accept greatly reduced

I have been able to bring in 9 new faces all of whom are pushing for a first team place this

season and i fell that they all improve the squad's overall strength.

Pre Season report

After a decent 9th place finish last season i felt my team were going in the right direction as some improvement was being noticed every season.

Our best finish so far just finishing out of the playoff places and im sure it made the fans and the board happy.

The media at the beginning of the season put us down as a team that should be struggling a little at the foot of the table but all season round we hadnt struggled one bit or been worrying about the possible chance of going down.

One thing that started to decay during the end of the season was our finances.

We were a few million pounds in the red and I at the time could not see a way of fixing this.

But after offering some players out we struck lucky and got a few offers back which enabled us to lower our overall wage budget and since our finances are back in the clear.

Transfers In

Jean Luc Mendy, Tim Krul, Glenn Whelan, Sone Aluko, Lewin Nyatanga, Daruisz Zjawinski (signed towards end of last season).

A couple of right wingers were needed to be brought in this season due it being our weakest area of the team so luc mendy and whelan were both brought in for cover of that position. So far both havent impressed very much and if they continue that way they will be out before next season.

Due to larriou ageing I decided to go for a new keeper this being Tim Krul a young keeper who looked very talented. Has only played 2 games this season so far due to injuries but has impressed in both.

Sone aluko was signed for backup to the strikers and Nyatanga was signed as backup to the defence.

Last season I had seen that we needed more firepower upfront so I decided to get my notebook out and do some scouting of my own thus finding Zjawinski.

Has so far proven to be consistant and capable of scoring can only get better.

Results so far

Plymouth 3-1 Reading

Sun Xiang, Zkawinski and an own goal guided us to this victory which was the perfect start to the new season.

Oldham 2-3 Plymouth

A close gaem this was an was only decided by a goal from Zjawinski late on to give us our 2nd win of the season.

Plymouth 1-0 Portsmouth (Sean)

Was a game more suited for a draw and should of been really as it was too even to call. Jeffers though came and delivered to give us a lucky win.

QPR 2-2 Plymouth

A first goal for Whelan since joining was not enough to give us the 3 points as QPR battled on and held us to a draw.

Plymouth 1-1 Sheff Utd

A game in which we had the majority of the chances but Sheff Utd nicked it on possession so a draw was probably fair. Steve Lovell with the goal.

Torquay 1-1 Plymouth (win on pens League Cup 1st round)

It was the league cup 1st round and we had torquay in it for a 2nd season in a row. Was a close game and Torquay played some good football and it eventually went to penalties where we won.

Nowich 2-0 Plymouth

Our bogey team of the division gave us our first defeat of the season. Still it didnt rock us too much.

Plymouth 4-2 Coventry

This was a memorable day for Zjawinski as he scored his first hat trick for us since joining. Glenn Whelan added to his good start and grabbed his 2nd.

Brighton 1-2 Plymouth

A game which was expected by many to be domination for us but it wasnt. The game itself was made harder when we went down to 10 men early on but managed to hold out and grab the win.

Plymouth 0-0 Leeds

A bore of a game with little chances either end and no players ever really excelled to open it up more.

Plymouth 2-0 Derby

Great solid performance from everyone this was as we kept our 2nd clean sheet in a row. Zjawinski was awarded man of match for his 2 goals.

Summary

Currently in joint 2nd and looking good after 10 games of passed but my players and I wont be getting too excited just yet as 10 games is nothing and like previous seasons we could either go on a long losing streak or draw 12 games in a row, roll on tonight icon_smile.gif

Cale shocks Rovers and leaves for London

After 3 seasons of genuine success at Ewood Park, manager James Cale has left after agreeing terms with managerless Arsenal. In a move that shocked many Cale signed a 3 year contract to bring the glory days back to the Gunners.

Cale thanked the Rovers board and the fans as he attended his first news conference as Arsenal boss.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">First of all id like to thank the Blackburn Board for allowing me the oppurtunity to talk to Arsenal once the job oppurtunity arrived. I had 3 good seasons at Ewood Park, brining European football back to the club and great success in the premier league. Id also like to thank the fans as without their support the club wouldnt have achieved these things. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

New Boss plans shake-up

After the initial pleasant thanks for his previous employers Cale soon got on with the serious business in hand. Arsenal without a trophy last year and outside of the Champions League places were in decline.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">Make no mistake this isnt exactly like walking into seamless squad. We have some problems that need to be addressed and we need to add to our squad as well. Some players will need to make way whilst others need to find some form quickly.

We have some great players who will be key to our success, Ashley Cole, Fabregas, Hleb, Vaqn Persie, Reyes and Henry will form the backbone of the team and will have to undertake quite a bit of responsibility this year. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Tough Transfer Market

With pre-season past and new tactic introduced it was down to business as Cale looked to add several players to his squad.

Things didnt really go to plan with only 3 first team signings coming in.

Transfers In

Ronaldo - Free (Backup Striker on 1yr contract)

McCarthy - 2m from Wigan (Young Gifted AMRC)

Zuireloon - 3m from Wigan (Class DRC)

Transfers Out

Lauren - 1m

Ljungberg - Season Loan

Campbell - 250k

To add to that problem was the assistants choice to loan out Ronaldo for a year while Cale was away angryfire.gif which was great considering the next day Henry was ruled out for 4 months.

Start not too Bad

Well despite some crashes and injuries Arsenal are sittting second in the premiership. This is despite my Asst loaning out my first choice GK and DMC while i was away.

Also Cole got injured and as he was my only DL in squad it caused a slight problem. I hope to sign 2 young DL's, a DMC, a AMR and another striker in Januray to bulk the squad but for our first season a top 4 finish would be great.

Spurs Endure Shocking Start To Season

After the ecstasy of winning the champions league final last season, Spurs players seemed to thing they were too good to worth bothering with the like of Middlesbrough & West Ham, they were brought down to earth with a huge thud, enduring losses that normally wouldnt of occured. With not many changes to the spine of the team a few squad players were loaned out to Ben Austins Aston Villa side, as he started life at his new club needed some backup, Berg & Mills were at his services, and youngster Ben Harding impressed Lee Owens enough to give a loan spell at championship side Plymouth.

Middlesbrough 1 - 0 Spurs

Spurs were still without Paul Robinson which they have been for the past 6months, Howard took to between the sticks, the game started very well for Middlesbrough with Spurs sitting back, and before long it wasnt a suprise that Middlesbrough were first to score, Wihelmsson found the net from close range, from here on there was no real urgency from Spurs, who were content to go into the break 1-0 down. The start of the second handed Tottenham a lifeline, Etxebarria was red carded for a rash tackle on the debutant Ryan Babel, this was a lifeline which spus did not take advantage of, no major chances were carved out by anyone, and in the end the 1-0 scoreline seemed right.

Tottenham 2 - 0 Charlton

Much better performance from Spurs, as changes were made, and ironicly 2 of the players brought in found the net, firstly Anthony Gardener headed home from a corner, shortly followed by Kevin Curtis, notching up a goal in his first ever competitive game, and at only 17 he looks a great prospect, Spurs continued to chip away at the Charlton back-line but were unable to add to their tally.

Fulham 1 - 0 Tottenham

Tottenham searched for a way to knock this dismal away form on the head but to no avail. Collins John with the single goal mid-way through the first period, again no real attacks from Spurs, Eddie Gaven creating the best chance himself, something was going to have to change if Spurs were going to contest for the league this season.

Tottenham 3 - 0 Sunderland

An effective home performance from Spurs, but it will be rememberd for a horrific injury to young Antony Vanden Borre who tore his hamstring and would not feature for another 4months. Spurs piled on the pressure early on, too a less than organised Sunderland back four. Pazzini opened the scoring & ended the scoring, with Lennon grabbing a long range goal in between, this was more like it from Spurs.

Tottenham 2 - 2 Liverpool

European Super Cup

Liverpool winning all 4 of there opening league games were favourites to overcome a Spurs side starting distincly average, however this game was very even, Liverpool took the lead through Djibril Cisse's wonderful strike, but less than a minute later Vitti was on hand to equalise, Luis Garcia put liverpool 2-1 up before half time. A late equaliser from pazzini was enough to take the game to extra time, with no scores in extra time, it was another penalty shootout which spurs enjoyed grabbing a 5-4 win for their 2nd penalty shootout win in succession.

Tottenham 1 - 2 West Ham

Back to the league and back to disapointing Spurs displays, The ever improving West Ham contingency, Bruno Cheyrou scored a fabulous goal to open things, which was later equalised by Vitti's left boot, West Ham wrapped up the three points after some good attacks, Youla grabbed the goal.

Tottenham 4 - 1 AZ

First Champs League game of the season, was against Dutch outfit AZ, Tottenham scorers included Reid, Kerlon, Mascherano & Pazzini in a really one sided victory for spurs.

Liverpool 2 - 1 Spurs

More annoyance in the Premiership as the second time these sides have met in the past weeks provided revenge for the merseysiders, Pazzini took the lead for Spurs before 2 quick goals in quick succession handed the win over to Liverpool.

West Brom 0 - 2 Tottenham

Actually a decent away performance? Yes it was, Spurs proved they could win away after taking 3 valuable points away from the hawthorns leaving Under-achieving west brom manager Aida looking at nobody beneath him in the table, Vitti scored his 3rd of the season, and in injury time Aaron Lennon struck a sweet volley from way out into the top corner, fantastic goal!

Tottenham 2 - 1 Olympiakos

Champions League

Pretty easy game for Spurs, Vitti & Subsitute Jenas with the goals for Spurs, late conselation for Olympiakos in Injury Time, Spurs top of the group.

Tottenham 3 - 0 Blackburn

Eddie Johnson just returning after long term injury decided to get himself sent off after half an hour leaving tottenham with 60mins to play with 10 men, luckily for him Pazzini decided to play like the world class striker he is helping himself to a well deserved hatrick even missing a penalty in the 89th minute.

Shef Wed 1 - 2 Tottenham

Don't know how we managed to come out with the three points from this game after being outplayed for about 80minutes of this game by ricks Shef Wed. The main man to thank for this was Paul Robinson making crucial save after save to keep us in it, even though Shef Wed took the leade, we wouldnt give up battling away, Jenas scored a good goal to level the scores, then against the run of play completely Pazzini struck 89th minute to win the game undiserved for Tottenham, Unlucky Rick icon_frown.gif

Tottenham 1 - 0 Porto

Champs League

Youngster Alexander Schmitt was forced to play due to injuries to Andy Reid down the left hand side, and what a game it was for the youngster, hammering in a 25 yard free kick for 1-0 spurs, Spurs continued to bombard the Portugese Champions defence to no avail, win extends spurs lead at top of the group.

Chelsea 0 - 0 Spurs

Finally Spurs away form seems to have changed for the better, picking up a well earned point against a strong Chelsea side, both teams had plenty of chances but were unable to convert past the 2 world class keepers in for both sides, Petr Cech picking up the man of the match award.

West Brom 0 - 1 Tottenham

League Cup 3rd Round

A completely revamped Spurs side, in which the oldest player on the pitch 27 year old Michael Carrick, and youngest was 16 Andrea Bagnoli, who scored on his debut, to pull the reserve side of Tottenham through to the 4th round of the competition.

Tottenham 2 - 2 Newcastle

A really entertaining game for the neutral, Eddie Johnson scored his first goal since returning from his long term injury, it didnt last long as Michael Owen was in sensational form to give the toon 2 goals in 2 minutes, Youngster Simon Rowlands was dismissed just before half time for 2 bookables giving spurs an up-hill task now, fortunately subisute Robbie Keans was in the right place at the right time to level the scores at 2-2.

Porto 1 - 2 Tottenham

Champs League

Eddie Johnson continued his impressive form scoring both goals early on for spurs and missing a penalty late on, Jorginho got the late conselation for Porto, this surely has qualified Spurs for the 2nd round, after notching up 4 straight wins in europe.

Arsenal 0 - 3 Tottenham

A fairly even first half between the big two rival clubs, althought the two managers are friends (or were icon_biggrin.gif) Tottenham seemed to step up a gear second half or Arsenal took their foot off the gas, but Spurs scored 3 goals in the last ten minutes who humiliate Cale in his first Derby match, Gaven and Lennon x2 were the goal scorers for Spurs to end the session on a high.

After starting the session in a dejecting 17th place, Spurs have impressed and climbed up 10 places to 7th, with several important players also returning from injury, the future is looking good for spurs, Kerlon, Vitti & Reid have all recently returned from time out injured.

After having a pretty impressive start to the season I was hoping to dominate again and build on it and try and get about 20 points from 10 games so I could try and secure a safe place for the rest of the season and focus on money and bringing in new players. I managed to pick up 19 points, which was really good, and I am pleased with. On Tuesday I was not playing and left the Assistant Manager to take over things and managed to get 1 win out of 5, which I am disappointed with and will be looking to bring in a new assistant manager straight away.

Matches are as followed

Preston 1 – 3 Aston Villa

League Cup

My side saw goals from Barry (9), Baros (42) and a own goal from Stevenson (45) this saw me 3-1 up as Neal (41) snatched a goal before half time) After the break it was fairly boring with not much else happening.

Newcastle 1 – 3 Aston Villa

This was a good game, which saw me dominate with Baron (27) and Sawicki (70,72) and ‘castles Owen getting a goal for them in the second half (54). With it being 1-1 in the game it was getting intense, but after bring Sawicki he was playing aposolutley superb.

Aston Villa 0 – 2 Arsenal

This was a pretty poor game in my opinion with Fabregas (22) and Keene (30) getting easy goals against my poor laid back defence, after half time I decided to make some crucial subs but they had no effect on the game what so ever.

Everton 1 – 2 Aston Villa

In my opinion this was a fairly even game with Forsell (7) getting an early goal, but Roche of Everton gave me an early goal (38) This gave the villains some confidence to break the dead-lock as Sawacki (79) got a late goal.

My Assistant Manager played these 5 games, which ended in disappointing results, and as a result to this I will now be looking for a new assistant. I have no idea what kind of matches these were so I’ll just give the basic details

Aston Villa 1 – 0 Man City

Lopez (85)

Wolves 4 – 1 Aston Villa

Smerson (25), Blondel (49, 57) McGarry (63)

Baros(59)

Aston Villa 0 – 1 QPR (ext)

League Cup

Gallen (118)

Aston Villa 1 - 3 Bolton

Baros (3)

Elliot (12, 45, 72)

West Ham 1 – 0 Aston Villa

Cheyron (49)

Now we are 2 months away from the transfer market I will be reviewing which players I shall be placing on the transfer list. I have a few ideas for signing so hopefully all goes well in the next session.

Last time I posted I was top, since then the season has finished and a new one has started....here's how I've got on.

Unfortunatly I was unable to hold onto top spot, tho i did finish 3rd. Not bad for second season in the epl. I also managed to win the FA Cup icon_smile.gif beating Arsenal 5.0 in the final. So great season all round for Wolves. So on to the 4th season.

We are currently 14 games into it and im 8th, 8 points off top with a game in hand.

Players In

Wayne Routledge form tottenham for 2.3M

Great winger that can play both right and left, also needed to add more depth to the squad for champions league.

Jonathan Blondel from Rapid Wien for Free

Another great player, good play maker and added depth in midfield

Felipe from Udinese for 7M

Bit pricey but I think he'll prove to be a great signing in seasons to come, he also adds more strengh to my defence.

Simone Padoin from Wigan for 2M

Can play anywhere in defence or midfield. Adds much needed versitilly to my squad.

Colin Harris from Bolton for Free

One for the future. He's in the England u21's so hopping he'll turn out good.

Gary Gould from Man City for 700K

One for the future. Is in the England u19's.

Alan Hilton from Newcastle for Free

Looks a very good prospect a few of the big clubs were after him also.

Mark French from Aston Villa for 600K

Again he's in the England u19's, hoping he'll turn out good.

Anderson from Coritiba for 350K

18yr old Goalkeeper from Brazil, looks like he could have a big future.

Juliano Pacheco from Coritba for 325K

Another 18yr old Goalkeeper from Brazil, also looks a very good prospect.

Mikael Hackzell from Orgryte for 400K

Looks a good player, hes also in the Sweden u21's

Also signed 5 u16's from free transfer.

This brings total spending to 13.75M

Players Out

Patrick Baumann to RBC for 1.8M

Didn't break into the first team and became surplus to requirments.

Neil Winstandley to Fulham for Free

Wanted a bigger contract than I was prepered to offer him.

Tim Fry to Boro For 1.5M

Didnt want to sell this player, but my assistant did it for me. He did get a good price tho.

Andreas Schicker to GAK for 1.5M

Again didnt break into the first team and dont think he ever would have.

Augusto Fernandez to San Lorenzo for 1.3M

Good player but to inconsistant and became unhappy when he wasnt getting played.

Alexandr Samedov to Zenith Peterburg for 2.3M

Spend more of the time out injured so sold him.

Also 16 players form the u18 squad left on free transfer.

That brings the income to 8.25M (Will also be selling some more players in January.)

So here are my resu;ts so far...

Community Shield

Chelsea 2.0 Wolves

Champions Cup Qual.3 Leg 1

Wolves 1.0 Diamo Kiev

EPL

Wolves 2.2 West Brom(Adia)

EPL

Blackburn 2.1 Wolves

EPL

EPL

Newcastle 2.1 Wolves

Champions Cup Grp B

Wolves 3.4 Inter

Was 3.1 up in the 88th min f@!king joke.

EPL

Wolves 3.1 Arsenal(Jimmy)

EPL

Everton 1.1 Wolves

Champions Cup Grp B

PSV 0.0 Wolves

EPL

Wolves 2.0 Man City (Simon)

EPL

West Ham(Razor) 3.0 Wolves

Legue Cup 3rd Rnd

Wolves 2.0 peterborough

EPL

Boro 3.2 Wolves

Champions Cup Grp B

So this puts me in 8th in the EPL with one game in hand over the leaders (Arsenal) who have 8 more points.

I'm Second in my champions Cup group with 5 points. Inter are top with 6 points.

Hoping to get some consistancy tonight and get my title bid back on track (Fans think I should be challenging icon_confused.gif )

After Wigan taking a huge risk by appointing the very inexperienced manager Shaun Jones, the supporters and pundits alike was all surprised when Shaun Jones stated at his first press conference that he as got what it takes to bring the Championship title to Wigan, the was a few sneers and giggles from the various managers of the press but this did not seem to bother Jones as he seems a manager very confident in his own abilities even if he was the only person who believed that the team could achieve promotion straight back to the Premiership after only just been Relegated

After only a few training sessions under Jones the players was responding with positive comments about the training and one on one communication skills that Jones seems to have in his locker, I just wonder if this manager is actually capable of winning the Championship title he has brought a believe to the side that we have not seen for years all of a sudden the Wigan team believe that they can actually win the title under Jones, it may all smell like roses here at Wigan but it is going to take a whole lot more than words to convince the old faithful Wigan fans who think that the board have made a huge mistake by appointing a no one has there new manager.

Just over half way through the season and after a breif bad spell Plymouth are now back on track notching up a series of good wins and clean sheets in a row currently finding themselves in 4th.

The plymouth supporters are in full support of boss Lee Owens as year after year he improves the overall quality of the Plymouth squad and this season its shown the most.

With the transfer window opening soon and many players contracts running out Lee Owens will be looking and ready to pounce on any players he feels will do the job at Plymouth.

Many players that I dont want to get rid of have contracts running out and it will be a struggle to keep some of them due to their high demands but this shouldnt totally destroy us for next season.

So onto our results that have been chopping and changing for the past few weeks. We slightly went off balance for a while but found our feet again.

Zjawinski is still firing them in and has broken the 20 goal mark already and some others players are also doing well keeping the side stable.

We crashed out of the league cup just to premiership opponents Everton so our only chance now for a bit of extra cash is the FA cup so I will be hoping my team does well in that. 3rd round see's us on our way to a trip to leeds which should be a close encounter.

Our only league loss recently has been to struggling leicester which shouldnt of happened but since we have had some sense knocked into us and performing well again.

So will Plymouth finally go up this season many people may be asking and fans must be hoping.

Well all I can say at the moment is we are producing some very good controlled football on the pitch and if we dont get promoted we should be finishing in a better position than last season to signal yet another improvement.

Injuries fail to halt Arsenal surge

So far so good this season for Arsenal. I have missed quite a few sessions due to dodgy FM but my assistant has done well and currently after 28 games we sit in 3rd place.

January was an important time as mid season we had let some points slip. We managed to bring in Jimmy Briard - a young powerful striker in along with wonderkid GK Roberto and 2 young full backs to provide cover. These were all previous done deals so towards the end of the transfer window we looked at bringing in some other players. A changed of fortunes in results was linked to a new tactic we tried employing a DMC. Problem was our last fit DMC in whole squad went for 1m in Jan window. This meant either a re-think of tactics or bring in a DMC. Well after stuffing Si's Man City 4-1 away i decided to keep the tactic, and proceeded to raid Spurs extremely large and quality squad. A deal was done with our London rivals and Spencer a young class DMC and Hoyais a hot prospect of a ML came to Emirates stadium. Our bare squad had added some beef for the final push.

Transfers In

Jimmy Briard (SC) - 6.5m

Roberto (GK) - 3.2m

Danny Holmes (D/DM R/L) - 250k

John Spencer (DMC) - 400k

Hoyais (ML) - 250k

Future Transfers In

Vanden Borre - Spurs - Free

Cameroon DMC - Lyon - Free

Transfers Out

Mbuame - Season Loan (done again while me not there angryfire.gif he is 1st choice DMC)

Ronaldo - Still on Season Loan

Esposito - Still on Season Loan

Ljungberg - Still on Season Loan

Sean Kelly - Still on Season Loan

Damien Duff - Still on Season Loan

Well the transfer window soon went and we got a bit of a run going including good wins over Mike's Wolves and also as mentioned Si's Man City. Our only blip in 15 games was a 3-0 loss away to Newcastle in the cup when 3 goals in 4 mins ended our run on a bizarre night.

Arsenal squad looking good at the mo but 1 or 2 injuries could jepoardise our final push. With 10 games left we were only 3pts behind 2nd place Liverpool and 7 behind leaders Chelsea. A top 2 finish would be great but id settle for a top 3 this year and build on that.

Arsenal Squad

GK - Roberto, Lehmann

DR - Toure, Emoube

DL - Cole, Holmes

DC - Agger, Senderos

DC - Zuiverloon

DMC - Fabregas, Spencer

AMR - McCarthy, Sigamone Pongolle

AMC - Van Persie, Hleb

AML - Ben Arfa, Ryan

FC - Reyes, Keene

FC - Henry, Briard

Injuries to possibly hault Plymouths promotion

Not long left in the season now and if Plymouth are to stun everyone and get promoted to the premiership they are going to need the full squad there to do it.

So many injuries have been occuring and the last batch of games will have to be played without a lot of key players as we try and secure a playoff position.

Should we do that then all should be fit and ready for the playoff's when they do come around and we should stand a very good chance of finally moving up to the top tier of Football in England.

The season itself has been a major sucess and the Plymouth squad has been improved with the arrival of some new faces.

More players will be on there way to Plymouth for next season but just who are they? well here they are....

Dirk Mathyssen - Tranmere Bit **** really but may get better as he gets older.

Jonathen Berg - AaB Will be first choice right winger for next season but will he cope? probably not but worth a try icon_smile.gif.

Vurnon Anita - Wigan With so many of shauns players contracts running out this was perfect opportunity to snap one up.

Didnt play very well for wigan but hoping he can start a new leaf and play much better for Plymouth.

So far only these 3 transfers have been confirmed with more no doubt going to be on the way but for now im going to have to settle for what i got and due to injuries that aint very much at the moment icon_smile.gif.

Confidence is high at Wigan as Jones as made an amazing start to his managerial career buy getting Wigan sitting comfortably at the top of the Championship with only ten games left to play in the championship.

<A HREF=A>

Wigan have also had a good run of form in the FA cup by reaching the 5th round with out defeat by beating teams such Rotherham, Coventry and drawing impresively with Everton 3 all to take it to a 5th round reply.

Supports are also getting behing Jones and his managerial skills with a spokesman from the Wigan official supports club saying they are delighted with the progress the club has been making under Jones and also saying they are in full support of Jones`s management of the club

murphy turns to youth

well after being quite basically naff at fm this time around i have decided to give up on this and next season (probably the one after that too) and turned my attentions to developing the best youth squad in the world!!

after scouring the globe for the finest talent (and realising they had already signed for everyone else) it was obvious that i would have to make do with the cast offs from so called bigger clubs. as a result there will be 30+ 14-18 year olds arriving at the city in the summer and with several big name players leaving (admittedly being replaced by some solid early 20s players) it will be a brand new city team for next season

amongst those leaving are bowditch, onuha, distin, lopez, the chinese right back, the czech midfielder reducing the wage bill enough to allow for all the youngsters joining.

as the transfer kitty has still got 6m in it this season (after starting only being allowed 3m) i am hoping that the city board agree to open the purse string that little bit more next season (after all the loan runs out in 35 years so nearly paid it off lol)

this season has been average for city, whilst the board expected a relegation battle that never materialised and after being solid in the top 8 and doing well in both cups, i was majorly annoyed when after missing a session and a half (had to watch boro beat roma icon_smile.gif) we had been knocked out of both cups by sheff wed oh the embarassment icon_frown.gif and dropping points all over the place to leave us in 13th place in the league. a decent run is needed to the end of the season to get that intertoto place which i feel will help push city on to the next level

ok guys after tonights session it has been decided that due to the amount of errors still popping up in the game we may have to start a fresh.

However i have altered a few things so will see how these changes go first but if errors still keep appearing then only choice is to start a new.

Please let me know what you all think anyway guys cheers icon14.gif

Link to post

Ok now due to the pointless amounts of errors half the members have agreed to start a new game with the 6.0.3 hopefully the rest wil. The amount of errors were probably due to playing our game on from 6.0.2 then changing to 6.0.3 which probably ****ed the game up.

I myself am a little gutted as im sure a few others will be but its the only option really as its got to that point where errors are appearing every session.

The new game will be loaded without conf north and south leagues this time as they were pointless icon_smile.gif and everyone will be allowed to pick any team this time except ones in champions league

Tommorow session will just be a t+t session just to sort all our transfers out and we will not be moving game forward until monday session.

Game can be put up on sunday for everyone that will miss tommorows session the first season properly begins Monday.

Again sorry to all that will of lost by this me for one but it seems the only thing we can do.

A new thread will follow very soon again see you all tommorow session to sort t+t out icon_smile.gif

How are we going to go about selecting teams fairly ? also if we only have tonight as a T&T when monday comes and we start every member is going to have like 500 unread messages due to all the offers on new players being scouted, I think we should get pre season out of the way tonight without timer, what do you think ?
