Intercept Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 Towards the end of the season, he will start to contemplate retiring. If and when he sets a date, go into his profile, go to "Player Interaction" and then say "You would make a good ..." and he will generally then come up with a "Staff Profile" and you can offer him a staff contract.
