mark751
Hi, Hopefully this is an easy one! I've tried to create a cup competition containing 256 teams. Easy enough, but I want to break it down so that the lower league clubs play the early rounds with the top division only entering at round 4. I've got it set up so that it should be: Round 1: Add 128 teams (64 matches) - Want tier 6 clubs added Round 2: Add 96 teams (80 matches) - Want tier 3/4/5 clubs added Round 3: Add 16 teams (48 matches) - Want tier 2 clubs added Round 4: Add 16 teams (32 matches) - Want tier 1 clubs added Round 5: (16 matches) Round 6: (8 matches) Quarters Semi Final I've added the teams in the order of lower to higher in the competition team list (with tier 6 at the top of the list, tier 1 at the foot). It works fine for round 1, but for some reason the tier 1 clubs are still being entered at round 2. Can anyone see what I may be doing wrong?
Cadijk van Kaarhandel
How have you listed the entrant clubs? I think you list all the leagues whose clubs you want to enter? I think you need to list lower league clubs at the top of the list, working down to highest league, and i think that will place them into the cup at the order you want. mark751
Thanks for replying! Yep, that's exactly what I did. I think I may have just clocked it though - I hadn't set the seeding button to 'division reputation', rather it was 'random teams'. It seems to be working now...
