Can’t use unlockables

I have had the same issue. And it’s very frustrating. I’ve even started a new game to see if my unlockables would be there. And it’s not. You guys need to fix this. 
 

 

Preferred paying £1.99 or whatever it was for golden generation 

Having the same problem with interested unlock it’s not open for me

Hello, I am on FM 23 touch on Apple Arcade and I’m manager of Crystal Palace, the screen shots show I have the manager of the achievement and have spent 10 years at Crystal Palace yet I don’t have the unlockables. I have also done requirements for golden generation but it hasn’t counted.

I’m playing on an iPhone 11

Can those who have been affected check if you have cloud saves activated? If so can you try turning cloud saves off and see if you can unlock one of the unlockables? 

I can confirm that that does not work.

I’m having the same issue.. won manager of the year with Leyton Orient and the Unlockable is still locked 

I’m having the same problems, won manager of the year in league 1 nothing happened won it in the championship nothing happened, didn’t think much of it, thought maybe had to win manager of year in too division to unlock, until I reached the 10 year milestone with Doncaster rovers in2032 came up I could design a son yet it’s still locked

Any luck sorting this as non of my unlockables arnt working to ? 

Really hope this gets sorted soon… saw the update for yesterday and thought this issue would be addressed but it’s still not sorted out

Hello, we appreciate your patience. I can confirm we're working on this issue. We're sorry for the inconvenience. 

It has been a month since this was first raised. I have no idea how much time it usually takes to resolve such issues here, but for a meaningful element, one month seems like a lot. 

Yeah and since the touch version only alow for 30 seasons I’m pretty sure I will reach that before they fix this issue which sucks. I took my team to the champions league final and win which for a Swedish club like Hammarby isn’t supereasy. So it sucks if they won’t fix this soon

Hello, we apologise for the inconvenience. This issue should be fixed in a future update. Unfortunately, I can't give you an exact timeframe.
