just check dynamo billesdons u21 team and you will see that i cant select a tactic, or select manager to arrange freindlies...the u21 team is a new team, i previously only had an under 18s team...but thought why not? so when invited to the u21s i gave it ago. the good news is that when i played past the start of the u21 season, it simply plays the match using the u21 managers default tactics and had no detrimental effect on my game..  yet still this is a bug that could do with sorting out...
