Unable to register free agent before end of restricted transfer window

Is there anything I can do in the meantime and is there a known timeframe for when this could be fixed, please? 

I know you posted in the other thread, referencing this one. I would advise based on that trying a new save game file and seeing if it still is occurring. If it does then please let us know & provide your save game file. 

Believe this has now been resolved in a previous update, thank you for your patience. Do let us know if you spot anything similar.
