Unable to discuss agent contract requirement

Dont know how to edit.. accidentally saved before I was done...

To the point:

My player has a minimum fee release clause, which is fine. But I do want the option of discussing dropping it with his agent. Even if it is non-negotiable, I do think it should always be possible to discuss it with the agent anyway. The player clearly wants to extend the contract with me and it is highly unrealistic that the player/agent isn't even willing to discuss to their bumping it slightly or add an expiration date on it. Even if that maybe then affect the players/agents other requirements.
