Dont know you guys can see that in the save .. i just buy kids all the time and sell it . 

At this moment i cant buy this 3 kids , i go try get the save game till January to see if changes and can buy it.

True , looks like is only after some years the bug , im in 2030 and you 2029... Strange.

Well, yes, it's pretty akward. I've been playing this since game one in '92 and although people was saying this or that version is not good, full of bugs, etc. but this is the forst time when something basicly stop me playing.

I went forward and I was able to sign new players in the next transfer window. Very weird.
